Not visiting the Dentist
Although you brush and floss your teeth daily there is small amount of plaque you miss. They will harden overtime into tartar so you will need to take a visit to your dentist to remove them. Most people do not see dentist more than a year. People get more cavities if they do not take regular visit to dentist. They also have a higher chance of losing teeth. It is good to take a minimum of once a year for teeth cleanings at the dentist but twice a year is better. Twice a year of dental care is the recommend number by most dentists.
